Elena Viudes Egea

Research Assistant, European Partnership for Democracy

Elena Viudes Egea joined EPD in September of 2025, and works as a research assistant. She holds a Masters in EU international relations and diplomacy from the College of Europe, as well as a Bachelor of international justice from Leiden University College, and is currently enrolled in a Spanish Law bachelors at the University of Deusto. She is passionate about EU external action, human rights and democracy support policies. She is fluent in Spanish, English and French and has working knowledge of Dutch.
