Carl Henrik Knutsen

Carl Henrik Knutsen is professor of political science at the University of Oslo.

He is also Professor II at the University of South-Eastern Norway, Affiliated Researcher at the Norwegian Nobel Institute, and a PI of Varieties of Democracy (V-Dem).
