Prior to joining EPD, Hélène pursued a Master in EU International Relations and Diplomacy at the College of Europe in Bruges after a prior Bachelor’s degree completed at King’s College London. As a Franco-Malagasy and having lived and studied in England, Germany, France and Belgium, Hélène has always been passionate about different cultural approaches and point of views, particularly in matters of democracy and human rights.
