Rich is the CEO of the Iswe Foundation. In 2004 he founded Involve. In 2020, he co-founded the world’s first Global Citizens’ Assembly. Rich is a trustee of the Local Trust and advises governments, movements and foundations around the world on democratic and political systems change.
