Nicolas Bouchet

Nicolas Bouchet is a senior visiting fellow of the German Marshall Fund of the United States.

He conducts research on European and US democracy promotion, with a particular focus on Russia and Eurasia (especially the countries of the EU’s Eastern Partnership). His research interests also include US foreign policy, democratisation, and civil society. He has authored numerous policy papers and reports, as well as articles on these topics. He holds a PhD from the University of London.
