Ann Tsurtsumia-Zurabashvili is a civil society and smart governance expert currently working with the e-Governance Academy of Estonia.
With over 15 years of experience in donor-funded programmes, she has designed and implemented complex civic engagement and democracy support initiatives across the Eastern Partnership countries and the wider post-Soviet region, with a strong focus on Georgia, her home country. Her work has focused on Euro-Atlantic integration, capacity building for civic and political actors, strengthening the resilience of independent media and civil society organizations, and empowering grassroots initiatives, marginalised communities, and women through tailored assistance.
